Refund policy

At SmashPK.com, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return only if:
✔ You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
✔ You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
✔ You return the product within 3 days (by 12:00 PM on the 3rd day after receiving it).

We do NOT accept returns for:
Change of mind or if you don’t like the product.
❌ Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen display.
❌ Used or customer-damaged products.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

Provide the following details:

  • Order number

  • Clear pictures of the defective or wrong product

  • Brief description of the issue

3. Return Process & Costs

✔ If your return is approved, you must send the product back within 3 days.
✔ You will need to pay half of the shipping cost for the return.
✔ The return will only be accepted for valid reasons (damaged, defective, or wrong product).

4. Refund & Replacement

If your return is approved, we will offer:
✔A replacement of the same product.
✔A refund after verification and approval.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7-10 business days after approval.

Important Notes:
✔ We do not offer cash refunds on COD orders.
✔ If the return is not made within 3 days, it will not be accepted.
